Since developing one of the most advanced PC-based freight management systems over ten years ago, we have developed a number of convenient and innovative online services and utilities.

Complementing our already highly developed track & trace and proof of delivery systems, our online freight management solutions are suited to a variety of despatch, return and branch transfer scenarios. They are also designed for the simpler requirements of lower volume customers, as well as the regional requirements of higher volume customers who already have established solutions in their main despatch sites.


TRACK & TRACE - track your consignment through our fully integrated freight management system

COST ESTIMATE - obtain a cost estimate for an individual consignment

TRANSIT TIMES - use our transit time schedule to obtain the delivery date of your consignment

PROOF OF DELIVERY - view an image of the delivery paperwork or request a copy via email


WEB DESPATCH - eliminate handwritten consignment notes by creating your consignments online, then automatically advise your customers that goods have been despatched.

WEB CONTROLLED RETURNS - authorise and manage return consignments online, then email controlled return barcoded labels to your customer, or have them delivered to your customer by our driver (please note there is an additional charge for this service).

WEB TRANSFER MOVEMENTS - transfer goods between sites

WEB PICKUP BOOKINGS - book your pickup online
