Star Track Special Services is dedicated to the express transport of vital packages and sensitive equipment. We provide customers with a comprehensive range of services designed to meet their special handling and delivery needs.

TAILGATE EXPRESS - A service for customers who have large machines or units with sensitive electronic parts or fragile components. Dedicated vehicles with hydraulic tailgates or other specialised equipment take care of the pickup and delivery, while trained personnel manage the particular packing and handling requirements. This service offers additional resources such as specialist labour and equipment for complex deliveries including stair walkers, cranes, forklifts, etc.

SPECIAL SERVICES EXPRESS (Tailgate required)- Designed for the shipment of standard parcels and pallets with sensitive characteristics that require special stowage and handling throughout our depots. Pickup and delivery of non-tailgate shipments are transported by regular run and bulk trucks. Freight is then separated in the depot for packing in self-contained units and loaded separately in trailers for linehaul transportation. This service is typically used to protect items that are easily crushed or damaged.

TRADE SHOW EXPRESS - Offers customers full management of their trade show requirements. It is ideal for customers who require delivery and pickup of specialised equipment and display stands at various trade show venues. Star Track Express will manage movements between shows according to scheduled times. We can also hold and store product for time-sensitive delivery.
